SELINSGROVE – A Selinsgrove man who is accused of beating his wife to death with a hammer is scheduled for a plea and sentencing hearing. District Attorney Mike Piecuch tells WKOK it is anticipated 76-year-old Kenneth Wochley will enter a plea and be sentenced at the hearing on April 27.
The hearing will be done via video conference from the Snyder County Prison. Wochley is charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for the beating death of Ann Wochley on April 2, 2016. The fatal beating took place inside the Wochley’s home on Ninth Street in Selinsgrove. (Ali Stevens)
