MONTOURSVILLE – Route 15 was shut down for a time Monday morning after a truck hauling mulch caught on fire. The truck fire started around 8:45 a.m. on a stretch of southbound Route 15 between the Hepburnville and Foy Avenue exits.
That portion of Route 15 was closed until 11:30 a.m. while the fire was put out. No injuries were reported. (Ali Stevens)
