MONTOURSVILLE – PennDOT will be working on five bridges on a busy roadway in Snyder County. Bridges on Route 15 between County Line Road and Tower Road are scheduled for repair beginning Tuesday, July 5. There will be lane restrictions through the entire work zone.
Work will begin on the driving lanes and then move to the passing lanes. The first bridge slated for repair is located where the north and southbound lanes join together. It will receive new decking, curbs and shoulder upgrades.
The remaining bridges will receive repairs to the abutments and underside of the decks. Work is scheduled to be completed in late November.
