MONTOURSVILLE — PennDOT will be using rolling roadblocks on Route 15 in White Deer Township this Tuesday, September 27. Motorists are advised they will be in both directions of the highway as a contractor installs cable at two locations.
The roadblocks will be implemented between 9:30 a.m and 2 p.m. Motorists should be alert and drive with caution. (Alex Reichenbach)
