WASHINGTONVILLE – Expect a few traffic delays Thursday in Montour County. . . PennDOT reports that flaggers will be restricting lanes on Route 54/Continental Boulevard just north of Washingtonville.
Weather permitting, Norfolk Southern will be making repairs to the rail crossing Thursday. The work zone is in the Ottawa area of Montour County, not far from the Montour Preserve.
