NORTHUMBERLAND — No change in the delays in Norry…A scheduled road project in Northumberland has motorist waiting in long lines to move on Route 147 and Route 11. The announced drain cleaning on Water Street, which is Route 11, is leading to half-hour delays for drivers on northbound Route 11 and southbound Route 147. Motorists may wish to consider an alternate route.
