- Arch Street (Route 2064) between the intersection with Arch Street in Duboistown Borough and the intersection with Arch Street in the City of Williamsport.
- Little Pine Creek Road (Route 4001) between Route 44 and Route 287 in Cummings Township.
- Sylvan Dell Road (Route 2012) between Second Avenue in South Williamsport and Old Montgomery Road in Armstrong Township.
- Blockhouse Road (Route 1009) between Brick Church Road (Route 1010) and Route 15 north in Jackson Township
- Pleasant Valley Road (Route 2022) between Rose Valley Road (Route 1001) and Lycoming Creek Road (Route 1017) in Hepburn Township.
