SUNBURY – Law enforcement officials will participate in an upcoming concealed carry seminar. Rep. Lynda Schlegel Culver (R-108th, Sunbury) is hosting the event September 29. State trooper Rick Blair, Snyder County district attorney Mike Piecuch, Snyder County sheriff John Zechman, and wildlife conservation officer Harold Malehorn are scheduled to explain Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws. Obtaining a permit, interacting with police and hunting with a concealed firearm will be covered during the seminar.
The event will take place at the Econo Lodge Inn and Suites in Shamokin Dam, next to Bob Evans restaurant. There is no fee to attend, but space is limited and you must reserve a seat in advance by calling Rep. Culver’s office at 570-286-5885.
