SELINSGROVE – State police are investigating a purse snatching at a grocery store in Monroe Marketplace in Snyder County. On Thursday, a purse was taken from a Selinsgrove woman’s shopping cart around 10:40 a.m.
The 71-year-old woman was away from the cart for about a minute when the purse was grabbed. Troopers say a woman took the purse and fled from the store in a dark red Chevrolet HHR. The investigation continues. (Ali Stevens)
