PSP: Woman died in Union County crash Monday

MIFFLINBURG — A 58-year-old woman died in a crash on Route 192 Monday afternoon. The woman killed has been identified as Sandra Jean Sheetz of Mifflinburg. State police say she was driving west on Route 192 in Buffalo Township, Union County, when her car went off the road, hit a road sign, and then overturned in a field. Troopers say she was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle. She was flown to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, where she was later pronounced dead by Montour County Coroner Scott Lynn.
