MONTOURSVILLE — Local law enforcement agencies are targeting aggressive drivers in the Valley. Local agencies, partnering with State Police, will conduct the second targeted aggressive drunk driving enforcement wave from March 21 to May 1.
The wave will aim to reduce the number of aggressive driving related crashes, injuries and deaths throughout the state with a focus on speeding and work zone violations. Speeders will also be cited.
Last year’s campaign wrote 53,000 citations. The enforcement also accounted for 61 felony arrests and 107 impaired driving arrests.
