SHAMOKIN DAM – State police are on the lookout for four men who were using counterfeit money at several stores in Shamokin Dam and Monroe Township Saturday evening. Troopers say the men used the counterfeit bills to make purchases at five different stores.
All four men were said to be black. Two of the men were wearing white t-shirts and another had a black and grey jacket and dark hat. The fourth man had on a red shirt. State police say the investigation continues into other stores along the Susquehanna Trail and more possible suspects. (Ali Stevens)
