Anna Brown, Economist, Vice President, Education Consulting, Economic Modeling Specialists International (EMSI/ burning glass) who conducted the economic impact forecast for the Susquehanna Valley Community Education Project. They know the college would bring $78.5 million in new revenue, and would enjoy 3,000 graduates in the first decade of operations.
