Denise Kauffman, of Richfield, helps us ‘Paint the Valley Pink’ as she shares her story as a patient of the Thyra M. Humphreys Center for Breast Health at Evangelical Community Hospital.

She talked about her family history of breast cancer got her started on her breast screening journey earlier than the recommended age of 40 and how that decision allowed the Center for Breast Health to find her breast cancer early for a successful treatment.  We talked about genetic testing, which was a factor in her screening, diagnosis, and treatment.
