SUNBURY – The high school winter sports season is still a go in the Valley. Pennsylvania Heartland Athletic Conference President Jeremy Winn says conference voted in favor of starting the season on time later this month. However, Winn says schools can delay their seasons on their own.
Winn also says schools in the conference will not be restricted to scheduling league-only games.
