DANVILLE – In Valley Township, Montour County, travel delays are expected along Routes 54 and 642 over the next two weeks.
PennDOT says starting along Route 642 next Monday, lane restrictions will be in place until Friday August 12. Then work starts between Kindt Road and Route 54. Route 54 will then have lane restrictions the following Monday, August 15, to Tuesday, August 16, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. That work will take place from the Red Roof Inn to Jerseytown Road.
PennDOT says utility test holes are to be drilled along both roadways.
