FREEBURG – A man struck by an SUV in Freeburg has died from injuries sustained in the incident. 76-year-old Carson Moyer of Freeburg passed away around 11:30 a.m. on Thursday at Geisinger Medical Center.
Moyer was crossing Market Street in Freeburg near the post office when he was struck Monday evening. He was flown to Geisinger Medical Center and had been listed in critical condition for several days. The driver of the SUV was not charged for the accident. (Ali Stevens)
