SUNBURY — A Montandon pastor has been arrested and charged with possession of child pornography. 58-year-old Thomas Marker was taken into custody Tuesday and charged with possessing images of child pornography on his personal computer. Marker is pastor of the Montandon Baptist Church.
He was sent to the Centre County Correctional Facility on $150,000 bail. A search warrant was executed and police confiscated the computer on Tuesday. Marker allegedly admitted to police that he had looked at child pornography on his cell phone and personal computer. Marker will have a preliminary hearing before District Judge Michael Diehl on September 28. (Ali Stevens)
