LEWISBURG — A Colorado man is facing charges after allegedly skipping out on a tire bill at a store in Kelly Township, Union County. NorthcentralPA.com is reporting state police say 40-year-old Barry Wayne Castille Jr got four new tires mounted on his truck, then drove off without paying.
Technicians had allowed Castille to remove the wheels himself due to the truck’s size, then mounted the new tires. But when asked to meet at the counter to pay, Castille instead left the parking lot. He later told staff he’d return—then never did.
