HARRISBURG – By PennDOT standards, it’s not a huge project, but for one segment of the Valley’s travelers, it will have an impact. The department starts work this week on 38 miles of Route 522 in Mifflin, Juniata and several other counties. The $2-million project is expected to be complete this fall. Motorists will encounter single lane travel, flagging and minor delays.
