SHAMOKIN DAM — The state Attorney General’s office executed a search this week at Eyeland Optical locations, including one in Snyder County. There has been no official word as to why Wednesday’s search happened, but local police directed us to the AG’s office for more information. The AG’s office said, “No comment.”
An employee at Eyeland Optical in Shamokin Dam had no comment during a call Wednesday, and directed calls to their corporate office. We have heard no word back from corporate as well. There are 14 Eyeland Optical Centers throughout Pennsylvania. (Sara Bartlett)
