PPL is reporting 14,000 without power after severe storm warnings and a tornado warning were issued for parts of Northumberland, Montour, Snyder, Union and Columbia Counties. Reports had several area schools keeping students a bit later than the normal dismissal time. Selisngrove, Shikellamy and Danville began dismissing students after 3:30.
