The Daily Item reports a Northumberland man has been charged with felony rape and aggravated indecent assault. 41-year-old Alex Negron Otero was arrested and sent to jail on $250,000. The newspaper reports Otero sexually assaulted a woman in April of 2021. Police were unable to arrest Otero until this week, because he could not be located.
