SUNBURY — Two new faces are now on Northumberland County’s scofflaw billboards. Prothonotary Justin Dunkelberger says photos of Clayton J. Sheldon of Sunbury and John A. Taylor of Mt. Carmel joined two offenders who have appeared on the billboards since July 1.
Taylor owes more than $42,000 in restitution for convictions of forgery and access device fraud. Sheldon has multiple offenses including DUI and simple assault and owes over $10,000. Both men have bench warrants issued for failure to appear in court.
Dunkelberger says the cost collections task force have collected nearly $2.2 million in its first twelve months. (Jennifer Wakeman)
