From the R.B. Winter State Park: No swimming at R.B. Winter State Park, Halfway Dam, until further notice. Swimming is not permitted due to the recent results from water quality bacterial test samples. The water will remain closed to swimming until further notice. Water testing is continuing and the area will reopen as soon as water quality returns to acceptable levels, hopefully by Friday. Please do not enter the water.
