SUNBURY – More donations continue to come in for this year’s Needy Family Fund, which reached the $100,000 goal last month. Thanks to $225 in recent contributions, the grand total now stands at $115,606.80.
The latest donations include $125 from George and Jill Fecker of Sunbury, and $100 from Joseph Myers of Shamokin Dam. Donations are still being accepted. Find out how to donate below.
The Daily Item, BB&T, Salvation Army, Degenstein Foundation and Sunbury Broadcasting Corp. are partners in the Needy Family Fund.
Checks payable to the fund can be mailed to or dropped off at the BB&T Bank, at 1104 N. Fourth St., Sunbury, PA, 17801 or its branches or donate online at https://app.mobilecause.com/vfFamily2017.
