NESCOPECK – A Nescopeck man was killed early Sunday morning following an accident in Columbia County. The Press Enterprise reports Kyle Douthat was traveling along the Mifflin-Nescopeck Highway around 12:45 a.m., when he drove off the road and his vehicle flipped over.
The vehicle landed in a pond and Douthat was partially ejected. Speed is believed to be a factor in the crash, which is still under investigation. Douthat was pronounced dead at Berwick Hospital.
