LEWISBURG — The Daily Item reports a Muncy man who pleaded no contest to blindfolding and tying up an 8-year-old girl and raping her has been sentenced to two years in prison in Union County Court.
39-year-old Sean Hall was sentenced on Monday and must register as a lifetime offender.
Hall in October pleaded no contest to a felony count related to the sexual assault of a minor. The newspaper reports the Sexual Offender Assessment Board determined Hall is not a sexually violent predator and several charges against him were dropped.
