MOUNT CARMEL – The Mount Carmel Halloween parade scheduled for Saturday will now be a day later. The Mount Carmel Halloween parade committee tells us the parade has been postponed to this Sunday.
It will form at noon at the corner of Second and Oak Streets in Mount Carmel. The parade will start at 1 p.m.
