NORTHUMBERLAND –Experts say housing starts are on the rebound in the Valley. Dennis Reedy, owner at Expert Home Builders in Northumberland, was asked on WKOK’s Sunrise how housing starts were trending in 2017.
Reedy said, “It is slowly picking up. In ’09, when the housing market crashed, there for about 6 years it was fairly slow. The last few years it has increased, gradually, every year getting a little better, and the optimism for this year seems to be very good. We’re looking on the bright side and I think this year is going to better than the last.”
