BLOOMSBURG — State troopers in Columbia County say a woman reported missing on Tuesday has been found safe. 50-year-old Cynthia Ann Shields of Missouri, was near Ricketts Glen State Park in Sugarloaf Township on Tuesday when she was reported missing.
Shields suffers from seizures and has a disability, and state police and family members were concerned for her safety. Troopers say she was located today and was unharmed. They did not disclose where she was found. (Ali Stevens)
