MONROE TOWNSHIP, SNYDER COUNTY – A Milton man was injured after crashing his motorcycle on the off ramp of Route 147 (CSVT) onto Route 15 while fleeing.
Selinsgrove state police say injured was 19-year-old Westley Palmer for the incident occurring last Wednesday in Monroe Township, Snyder County.
Troopers say Palmer was fleeing from troopers on Route 147 south and onto the off ramp of Route 15 south in Snyder County. Troopers say Palmer attempted to go around traffic on the berm on the off ramp, but struck a parked car.
Troopers say Palmer suffered minor injuries and was wearing a helmet.
Troopers say Palmer was cited with a traffic violation.
No other details were released from state troopers.
