LEWISBURG — A Milton man was charged for having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl. Jamie Ulrich was 19 when he had a relationship with the girl last year.
State police say both the girl and Ulrich say the relationship was consensual. The relationship was reported to Mifflinburg police by a friend.
Ulrich was arraigned on charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors. He is free on bail awaiting a court hearing.
