MILTON – The Standard Journal is reporting… Multiple counts — including felony possession of firearm prohibited — have been filed against a 55-year-old Milton man. He was allegedly found to be hunting from a homemade tree stand located on private property, in a wooded area of the Milton Industrial Park.
In addition to the felony count, James Walls, of Shakespeare Avenue, has been charged with agricultural trespassing, defiant trespass, hunting without securing license, taking/possession of game or wildlife, and damage to trees. The charges stem from an alleged incident which occurred starting Jan. 20 along North Industrial Park Road.
