MILTON – The Standard Journal is reporting… A 36-year-old Milton man has been charged with the alleged indecent assault of a 16-year-old girl. Christopher Pinchak has been charged with felony aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of children.
The charges are as the result of alleged incidents which occurred between March 1, 2019, and Sept. 30 at a home in West Chillisquaque Township, Northumberland County.
State police say the victim reported being assaulted by Pinchak multiple times over a period spanning several years. She believes the incidents occurred more than 100 times and lasted 5 to 10 minutes each time. Pinchak is awaiting a preliminary hearing date.
