Milton Man Charged for Weapons Violations

MILTON – The Daily Item reports a Milton man is jailed after a weapon was found inside his apartment on Broadway Street during an investigation into a shooting.  27-year-old Jose Rodriguez Lasalle was charged with felony possession of a firearm with an altered serial number.  The newspaper reports police were called to the 10 block of Broadway Street in Milton on Tuesday afternoon for a reported shooting. They obtained a search warrant for Lasalle’s apartment and discovered the gun.  Police did not say if Lasalle was connected to the shooting incident.
