WATSONTOWN—Watsontown Police have arrested a Milton man for charges of rape of a minor. In a statement, police department says, 19-year-old James Hare Jr. was arrested Friday and charged with rape, unlawful contact with a minor, sexual assault, corruption of minors, and indecent assault without consent.
Watsontown police say Hare raped and sexually assaulted an underage female in Watsontown in December 2016. At the time of the incident the victim was 16 years old.
