MIFFLINBURG – A Mifflinburg man was charged with disorderly conduct after throwing a rock at another man. Milton State Police say the incident took place at White Springs Road in Limestone Township, Union County.
Police say 64-year-old Ronald Boney threw a rock that struck a skid steer the victim was operating past Boney’s residence. Boney was given a citation filed at district court.
