Middleburg Man Urinates in Front of Workers

Middleburg, Pa. — A Middleburg man was cited with disorderly conduct after he urinated in his yard in view of workers at a nearby Snyder County business.

Trp. Michael Palange of state police at Selinsgrove says Richard Jordan, 54, was seen the afternoon of April 9 urinating in his backyard in Franklin Township. Jordan’s yard faces the PBS (Professional Building Systems) modular home plant on Custom Avenue. Several workers were outside the plant at the time and witnessed Jordan urinating.

The workers told police that company representatives have talked with Jordan before about his urinating in their view, but he continues to do this in his yard, according to Palange.

The citation was filed at the office of District Judge Bo Trawitz in Middleburg
