MIDDLEBURG — NorthcentralPA.com is reporting… A 35-year-old Middleburg man is facing felony charges after police say he used his father’s identity to open a credit card and take out a vehicle loan. State police say they discovered the identity theft during a domestic dispute call on April 25 at a home in Franklin Township.
Jordan Wade Snook is accused of screaming at and physically accosting his father after a family member uncovered the fraud. Another relative intervened. Snook is charged with identity theft and theft by deception. He posted $20,000 bail and awaits a hearing before District Judge Bo Trawitz.
