SHAMOKIN – Shamokin police are investigating after a suspected meth lab was found early Friday morning in the city. The News Item reports a meth lab and evidence of heroin use were found in an apartment above a dentist office at 518 North Shamokin Street.
Jonathan Lake was arrested shortly after midnight after several “one pot” meth containers were found. A state police clandestine lab response team was on the scene early this morning along with fire police directing traffic. The scene was clear by 5:30 a.m. (Ali Stevens)
