MIDDLEBURG – A McClure woman, whose boyfriend is a convicted armed robber, has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit theft. The Daily Item reports 33-year-old Lacey Goss was in court Thursday afternoon and under a plea deal, Goss will serve six to 23 months in county jail.
Goss was facing 13 felony charges involving thefts and break-ins with her boyfriend Jonathan Hackenberg of Yeagertown. Hackenberg is spending up to 30 years in prison for robbing the Short Stop Mart in Kreamer and the Dollar General Store in Shamokin Dam. He was also charged for break-ins at sporting goods stores in McClure and Beaver Springs. (Ali Stevens)
