SUNBURY – The Daily Item reports a Jersey Shore man has pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment stemming from a 2021 crash that claimed the life of a Sunbury man. 44-year-old Robert Harrow was originally charged with homicide by vehicle, but was pleaded down to reckless endangerment and he now awaits sentencing. Harrow struck Charles Lehman of Sunbury during an accident at Duke and Fourth Streets in Northumberland, November 15th of 2021. Lehman was killed in the accident.
