LOWER MAHANOY TOWNSHIP — A Dalmatia man is in serious condition after a rollover accident in Lower Mahanoy Township, Northumberland County Thursday. State police at Stonington say 23-year-old Dustin Sandefer of Dalmatia was driving on Hickory Road near Radel Road around 3:30 Thursday afternoon.
Sandefer crossed the double yellow lines, went off the road and hit a utility pole. His car rolled over, trapping him. Sandefer was transported by Life Flight to Geisinger Medical Center where a nursing supervisor says he is in serious condition. Troopers say he was not wearing a seatbelt and he will receive a traffic citation after the crash Thursday. (Chad Hershberger)
