WEST MILTON – A West Milton man has been charged with trespassing and indecent exposure. State police charged 65-year-old Carlton Strong, who was sent to the Union County Prison after failing to post bail.
Troopers say Strong was witnessed walking naked and fondling himself in the rear yard of his home in the 100 block of South Third Street in West Milton on Tuesday. After further investigation, state police learned the man entered his neighbor’s home while the woman was away. Strong was arraigned before District Judge Leo Armbruster and bail was set at $10,000.
