WASHINGTONVILLE — A New Jersey man is locked up in the Montour County Prison, charged with breaking into a factory early this morning. State police say 22-year-old Justin Wagner entered the U.S. Gypsum Plant on PP and L Road around 3:30 a.m.
Once inside, police say Wagner entered the mill control room and turned control switches. No damage was caused. Troopers say Wagner then used a ladder to climb onto the roof and was found by employees and detained. A vapor smoking device with cannabis oil was also recovered. (Ali Stevens)
