SELINSGROVE — A Selinsgrove man charged in the drug overdose death of a Middleburg man is facing a trial. 25-year-old George Botticher waived his right to prelimary hearing on a charge of drug delivery resulting in death.
Botticher was in court Thursday before District Judge Lori Hackenberg. Police say Botticher provided heroin to 31-year-old John-Michael Arcuri. He was found dead in his home July 17. Botticher remains jailed at the Snyder County Prison.
