MOUNT CARMEL – A Mount Carmel man has been charged with open lewdness and indecent exposure for two incidents on Easter Sunday. The News Item reports 35-year-old Brant Stultz is accused of performing a sex act while standing on a sidewalk near Fifth and Market Streets in Mount Carmel.
A short time later he was seen again at Third and Oak Streets by a pair of teenagers. Stultz fled the scene and was found at his home after he allegedly threatened his mother. Stultz was interviewed by police and arrested.
He is also facing charges for similar indecent exposure incidents in March. Stultz also has a history of indecent exposure arrests in Schuylkill, Carbon, York and Adams Counties. He was jailed in the Snyder County Prison on $50,000 cash bail. (Ali Stevens)
