EXCHANGE – A Watsontown man is in jail, charged with having sex with a minor. State police arrested 30-year-old Robert Merrill after they say he had sex with a fifteen-year-old girl two times at a home in Anthony Township, Montour County.
Merrill is charged with five felonies including two counts of statutory sexual assault, indecent sexual assault, and corruption of minors. He is jailed at the Montour County prison on $50,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 27.
