Man charged after injuring his grandmother

FEAT_HANDCUFF_GENERIC1WATSONTOWN – A Watsontown teen was cited with a summary count harassment Thursday.

Police were dispatched to 408 Pennsylvania Avenue for a report of an assault involving 18-year-old Matthew Pearson and his grandmother.

 

Pearson allegedly threw a tablet at his grandmother, causing injury to her left forearm. Pearson fled the scene prior to the police’s arrival. He was located shortly after by Watsontown police on Canal Street and was taken into custody. Charges were filed with Magisterial District Judge Michael Diehl. (Alex Reichenbach)
